How would you describe a Kingdom culture? What are the key discussion points about the benefits of God’s ways? How can you articulate these truths to others? What changes must you make to live according to a Kingdom culture?

There are more questions than answers about the end times and scenarios of what will happen in the future. What impact does the “1,000 year reign” have on you? How are you preparing for the future? What is your spiritual stewardship until the Lord returns? How do you relate with people who have a different understanding of the end times than you do?

There is a lot of talk around Christianity about having a relationship with God. How does one establish this relationship? What do we know about relationship with God through the Bible? How does your relationship stack up compared to Adam, Noah, Abraham, Job, and others? What do you like best about your relationship with God? How can you explain relationship to someone who hasn’t experienced it before?

Isaiah 40:31 promises that “they who wait for the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings like eagles; they shall run and not be weary; they shall walk and not faint.” What does it mean to you to wait on the Lord? What happens when you fail to wait? What practical steps are involved in waiting? Share an example of when you waited on the Lord. Share a goal you have for waiting on the Lord in the next week, month, or year.

It is easy to be critical of others and judge their actions and motives, but Jesus commands us to not judge others. What is the root of judgment? What happens to others when you judge them? What is the result in you when you engage in judgment? How would you prefer to respond in those situations in which you have been judgmental in the past? How can you overcome a reputation of being critical?

People prioritize values for many different reasons, and each value may be legitimate. For instance, one person may value structure while another values flexibility. How do you act toward a person whose values are different than yours? Which of the values you hold are inviolable? What values are you unwilling to accept in others? What do you use as a basis for prioritizing values? How can you “be at peace with all men” despite differing values, or value-systems?

The most important tool for guarding against counterfeit movements of God is discernment. How often do you practice active listening with the Spirit? What makes you confident in your knowledge of God? When has God surprised you with an unexpected revelation? How do you encourage other believers to learn to hear from God?
