Discussion question for September 16, 2011.

The impact of culture is deep and subtle, yet the Bible gives some examples of people that were able to make a shift from a culture, sometimes with dramatic effect.  What key ingredient makes it possible for this kind of change? How does a change become permanent?  What influence does this have on the surrounding culture?  What are you called to do with this information?
